Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
- We gladly exchange items for a different size or style (where available).
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
